Ben has been involved in the legal services sector since he joined the Group in 2000. Previously with Friends Provident, he brings extensive operational and commercial experience within the financial and legal services sectors.
Ben is also Managing Director at Live's sister company, enact, one of the largest and most successful conveyancing operations in England & Wales.
Ben holds overall accountability for ensuring that the service provided by Live meets the exacting requirements of estate agents and their clients.
Sarah is responsible for the day-to-day account management of our services to estate agents.
Sarah is mainly field-based, working closely with estate agents to ensure that their conveyancing proposition is continually evolving to meet their specific requirements. Often these objectives are to maximise revenue from conveyancing whilst ensuring that the quality of service delivered by our conveyancing partners is exceptional.
To ensure that Live achieve this, Sarah's toolkit includes; a comprehensive incentive program for front-line negotiators and valuers; annual conveyancing business plans for every estate agent and real-time capacity data from our conveyancing panel.
Amy has been with the Live Organisation since 2010, having previously held a role within Live's sister company, enact.
In her role as Team Manager, Amy is responsible for managing our extensive panel of inventory clerks who produce inventory reports for leading letting agents across the UK.
Amy is also responsible for accommodating specific agent needs, tailoring our process to suit each individual client.
Amy is responsible for the management of our Agent Support and Legal Services teams.
Amy works closely with her teams to provide operational support to our estate agents and clients, ensuring we provide an exceptional level of service at all times.
Amy is also responsible for managing our solicitor panel, ensuring that service agreements and the expectations of our clients are met on a daily basis.
Tom is responsible for managing Live’s operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the business delivers against targets, maximising opportunities for our agency clients and providing a first-class service to customers.
Tom has worked for the Group since 2006, in a variety of operational roles before joining Live in 2009.
Collette is responsible for the leadership and management of our Conveyancing and Utility Sales team.
Since joining Live in 2015, she has worked closely with the team to ensure we are constantly evolving and achieving results which exceed the expectations of our clients.
Collette and her team work hard to ensure that the referrer and their clients are at the centre of everything we do, this is achieved by regular coaching and developing, which creates a shared drive to continue to set the benchmark for excellence amongst our competitors.
