Unlike other businesses we have invested in a dedicated support team. Based in our office in Leeds, their sole responsibility is to ensure that everything goes to plan. So when you are up against the clock to arrange a move in or you have been let down, simply pick up the phone and we will take care of it.
To prove how good we are at this, in 2014 we successfully arranged inventories for 98% of clients who contacted us at the last minute. So as well as having nationwide coverage, we also deliver the goods when you need us most.
